We send out invitations and a confirmation letter as soon as you send the deposit to book a birthday party.

How many Pony Cycles do you have? 

We have nine ride on Ponies at each party.

How do you manage so many children?

We let the children play while providing supervision. There is a lot for them to do. There are always two members of staff at the parties to aid, assist and supervise. 

Do you provide food. 

No we do not provide food. All of our venues allow people to bring their own food. We will book a space with tables and chairs for you. Kitchen facilities are not available at most venues. ( if required please ask about individual venues when booking)

Can children with disabilities ride on the Ponies?

Yes provided they can get on the ponies ( with assistance if necessary)

Is Ten the maximum age?

No age is not the limitation, size is. The party is designed for children aged 3-10 years. Some of our equipment can be used by all ages so siblings and parents can join in the fun.

Do you provide full instruction for the various activities?

We give a short briefing at the start of the party. Most of our equipment is self explanatory. Staff are on hand to help children when riding the ponies.

Will I get my deposit back if I cancel?
